Casa Santa Clara Apartments has a $750 security deposit. This is a refundable deposit.

The pet deposit is $500. Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat).
Pet rent is $50 per month charge/per pet.
We do have a 40 pound weight restriction on dogs and, we’re sorry, we also have some breed restrictions. Please ask the property manager for more information.
Our pet deposit is $500.
